My Tiger is now a Wolf

Spencer had his Cub Scout ceremony that promoted him from a Tiger Scout to a Wolf Scout. He worked really hard this year in completing all his requirements to allow him to move on. So now we look forward to a summer filled with day camps and fun activities and start back with meetings in the fall. Good job buddy!

Cooper's 1st Birthday Party!

So today we celebrated Cooper's first birthday. We are all going to be going different directions for the Memorial Day weekend so we decided to celebrate it today when we could all be together. I'm sure we will have to do something on the actual day next Monday as well, but we had a great time today. We took so many pictures that I had to put them in a slide show to show them all. We had mostly family and a few close friends over to celebrate. I still can't believe he is ONE! I won't lie I did shed a few tears at the thought of that. My baby is growing up too fast!

Another day at the zoo

Well as summer gets closer our trips to the zoo increases. It is so nice to have a yearly pass to the zoo so we can go as much as we want. Spencer's 1st grade class had their field trip to the zoo on Friday so we decided to go on our own too. Cameron will never get enough of that place either. The new Rocky Mountain Wild exibit opened and it was awesome. These are a couple pics from the day.

School Play

So Spencer's class decided that they wanted to do a few plays of some of their favorite stories . So they did Jack and the Bean Stock, and The 3 Billy Goats Gruff. Spencer played the Cook in Jack and the Bean Stock and he was the sound effects in The 3 Billy Goats gruff. They did a very good job. It was so cute! They were even ad libbing, very funny.

After they did the plays they presented Mrs Siedl with a book that all the kids took time to write down everything they loved about having her as a teacher. Here is a picture of Spencer and Mrs Siedl too.

Track day

Spencer had Track and field day at school last week. The weather turned out to be very nice and the kids had a great time. Cooper met up with a friend named Kora, and Cameron was upset for most of the day that he did not get to participate. Spencer's class even won the Tug-O-War for the 1st graders, he was so excited!

All Aboard.....

Well Cameron was going through his closet the yesterday and came across his Thomas the Train set, and insisted that he be able to play with it. So I put some of the track together and he spent the better part of the afternoon playing with it. Once he was done he picked it all up and put it back away only to ask me to set up his Geo Track electric train set. Well Mom is not very good at figuring that one out so he waited until Dad go home and suckered Dad into setting it up as well. So yesterday was a day filled with trains. He was in heaven! Here are a few pictures with his Thomas the Train set. I never made it out to the train table in the garage to get a picture of him playing with those so I will have to do that today, and put those pictures up here then.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TREVEN!

Well today is my nephew Treven's 2nd birthday. I just can't believe that he is already two. He is one of the cutest little boys ever, and he is FUNNY! We spent the day with him and Kyle & Kelly on Mother's Day to celebrate his birthday. The boy LOVE playing with him and are also excited to meet the new baby soon. He will be here before we know it. YAY!! Here are a few picture we took of his little party.

Treven in true family form is going to be a baseball lover too it looks like. He had a blast with his new T-ball set from Nana.

Too much baseball, swinging and playing with rowdy cousins causes this. How sweet! Oh and look at that little baby growing in Kelly's belly!

Once he woke back up he went ahead and blew out his candles all by himself!
